Deleting Twitter Alerts--product URL?

Edit Subject

The submission form linked on the FAQ page is not working for me. Entered my username and the product URL, and it says "product not found." Isn't the URL some form of "http://camelcamelcamel.com/product/" followed by letters and/or numbers? Not sure what I'm getting wrong...
