i apologize if i'm rehasing anything someone has already said, but i have noticed sort of a "glitch" in the software. here is a real life example:
a product i was watching went out of stock on Amazon back in January at, we'll say $45 dollars. well, it continues to keep that last price line going on the graph, even though the product hasn't been in stock for months... which would lead me or others to believe that it's in stock and has remained at this price over those months... just reporting an oddity.

This is a design decision, rather than a bug, but it is open for debate. The charts don't show availability, only prices. I agree that it is confusing in some cases!
The question is, how do we show a product going out of stock without making the chart much more confusing / cluttered? Maybe the lines could turn grey or something when a product is out of stock? -

can the line just... stop? at the date it goes out of stock? (i'm not sure what you can and can't do) not sure. that's a tough one. grey, yeah... or maybe a little note below saying this product has been out of stock since so and so? like i said... it's not a huge deal, it's just the product that sold out, when it sold out it was at a great price, so every time i see it i'm like, yes!!! then... aw, ... that's right. still out of stock, lol...

The line could just disappear, but I worry that would be confusing if a product was in and out of stock a lot in a short amount of time.
Something for the Camel scientists to research! -
