product B0019D3DOM price today correct; price history wrong and does not include today's price
The price shown today is correct, but the price history is wrong and does not reflect today's price. For the item http://camelcamelcamel.com/Grand-Aspi... the price today is $299 with a history saying $379 but I've been looking at it for a week on amazon and it has been $299 all along,

You are comparing two different price types. The green line in that chart represents the Amazon price, which is what you've circled at the top. The blue line is for the Third party new price, and looks drawn correctly.
