Set desired price based on percentage of original price, or $ off original price

When setting "desired price" for items in bulk, allow me to set a % below current price, or $ below current price, of all items. So that way, I can import a wishlist, and anytime any of the items fall by 20% from the original price I started tracking them at, I get alerted.
